ARE YOU A HASSELBLAD USER? Read on ...

I’m writing from Sunshine Company in Cape Town. We are the sole distributers of Hassleblad cameras and ProFoto lighting equipment in South Africa.

I just wanted to drop you a quick mail to give you are details and to ask if any of your members are currently shooting with Hasselblad?

As we have only had the rights to Hasselblad for a few months, it is important for us to reach out to as many photographers as possible and to hear from as many as possible as well. Hasselblad is in a very exciting phase right now, having recently released the extremely fast H4D40 with a high quality ISO range of 100-1600!!! A first for medium format digital cameras.
And the CFV39 digital back, released in July last year. Breathing new digital life into much loved and V-series cameras!

If you are able to pass on the information to your club members that we are the Hasselblad and ProFoto dealers, I would be most appreciative!! We welcome all Hasselblad and ProFoto lighting related questions and queries.

The main theme is landscapes with an AV competition and a morning session on wildlife
Jim Patterson from the USA has been secured as the main speaker.

Publisher looking for Travel Photographs

Photographer Desiree Johnson is looking for travel photographs to publish in a forthcoming book. There will be an acknowledgment of the photographer concerned, but no payment.
